Minimum age 25 years
A tow vehicle with adequate towing capabilities (Weight of trailer+intended cargo)
Valid Ohio driver’s license with copy on file
Correct Trailer plug (check trailer specs)
Trailer brake controller if trailer is equipped with brakes
